  • Chat History: The messages you send to the Page, which are processed to generate automated AI responses.

  • Voluntary Information: Any contact details (like phone numbers or addresses) you voluntarily provide during the chat to place an order.

  • To facilitate order placement and tracking for the merchant.

  • To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the performance of our SaaS platform.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties We act as a data processor for our merchants. We do not sell, rent, or use your personal data for our own marketing purposes.

  • Your messages are processed securely via third-party AI providers (like Google Gemini) strictly for generating responses.

  • Your data is only visible to the specific merchant whose Facebook Page you interacted with.

4. Data Retention and User Rights (Data Deletion) You have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data.

  • You can stop interacting with the bot at any time.

  • If you wish to permanently delete your chat history or personal data from our systems, you can contact the specific merchant directly, or email our technical team at support@mouski.com with your request, and we will remove your data from our servers within 7 business days.
